                                                Directory
Quickly find and save contact information for anyone in your organization. Easily sort by all members, executives, or new members to connect with the right people fast.
                                                Photo Albums
Albums are automatically created for every event on Chptr, or you can make custom albums for any occasion. Easily browse photos using tags or “taken by” filters.
Event Tools

Your organization’s calendar is automatically updated with every event created in Chptr. Simply click on any event to view all the details and stay in the loop.
                                                Event Details
Each event includes detailed, customizable information tailored to your organization’s needs. Everything from excuse deadlines, location, and attendees, to number of invitations, points awarded, and so much more.
                                                Attendance
On the Web Portal, administrators can access detailed rosters with attendance data for every event. Chptr software tools, such as check-in and check-out features, make managing attendance across events and tracking participation simple and seamless.
                                                Excuses
Members can easily submit excuses through the app and track their approval status. Executives can review submissions using the Web Portal, and long-term excuses make it easy to manage ongoing conflicts without repeated requests.
Points System
                                                Point Systems
Create up to eight customizable point categories, with the ability to reset them by semester, month, year, or any time frame that fits your organization’s needs.
                                                Attach Points to Events
Easily attach points to any event when you create it. Members earn them automatically when they check in.
                                                Ongoing Point Opportunities
Set up ongoing point opportunities that members can submit to at any time. They simply add a description and photos for review, making it easy to reward participation outside of scheduled events.
                                                Show or Hide Point Leaderboard
The points leaderboard gives everyone a clear view of where they stand with points in real time. Admins can choose to show or hide the leaderboard, making it as competitive, or as private, as your organization prefers.
                                                Keep Track of Pending, Approved, and Denied Requests
Easily track your submitted point requests and see how many points you’ve earned or still need to reach your goals.

Attach tickets to any event and let members and guests purchase directly in the app. Executives can track RSVPs and ticket sales, as they come in, making event management simple and organized.

Generate fine reports directly from attendance records. You can utilize in coordination with your organization’s existing billing system or bill fines directly through Chptr for a seamless process.
                                                Vendor Payments
