Known by the team as “the backbone of Chptr,” for good reason. Shelly serves as our Vice President of Operations. She oversees technology training, support, and countless behind-the-scenes processes that keep Chptr running smoothly. Shelly also is a sorority financial advisor, which serves us to better understand the needs of both student leaders and their advisors. She’s the first to step in and help, whether supporting the team or assisting the Greek organizations we serve. Simply put, we couldn’t do what we do without her.

A native Texan, former West Point football player, and proud Army veteran (BEAT Navy!), Steven leads our fraternity partnerships and is focused on building strong relationships and driving operational efficiency across campuses.
After graduating from West Point, Steven served eight years as a Field Artillery Officer with deployments to Iraq and Afghanistan. He went on to earn his MBA from the McCombs School of Business at The University of Texas at Austin in 2019.
Steven lives in the Houston area with his wife, their two children, and their yellow lab, Jax.

Entrepreneurship comes naturally to Jenna, whose parents built a global business out of their garage. The experiences she grew up with have given her wisdom beyond her years. At Chptr, Jenna leads sorority and fraternity relationships, forging new partnerships and strengthening our presence across the Southeast. She has been instrumental in our growth and is building lasting relationships on every campus we serve. She is the definition of a people person – curious, approachable, and a the type of leader who has never met a stranger.

Bo rounds out the Chptr team with his legal expertise and broad business knowledge. Based in Mississippi, he practices law at Butler Snow, representing both publicly traded and privately held companies in acquisitions, sales, mergers, and capital raises. His experience extends beyond the legal arena, with involvement in business strategy, corporate formation, and organizational structuring. An Auburn graduate and proud Sigma Phi Epsilon alumnus, Bo earned his B.S. in Agricultural Business and Economics before completing his J.D. at Vanderbilt University.

Presley first joined Chptr as a summer intern in the Hospitality and Events role and now serves as our Texas Region Manager. A proud alumnus of Alpha Gamma Delta, who helped plan recruitment events for her organization, Presley came to our team with the perfect experience to lead our Recruitment Catering efforts, before stepping into her current role. Presley’s passion for people and excellence make her the perfect fit to oversee and aid Chptr’s growth and partnerships across Texas.

Jason joined Chptr in April 2025 as Head of Engineering, responsible for Chptr’s engineering strategy, direction, and delivery. Jason has over 15 years of experience building teams, products, and solutions for Calendly, Skupos, HBO/Turner and more. Jason is a graduate of Auburn University, where he had experiences as both a member and executive of a fraternity, Pi Kappa Alpha.

Lacy serves as our Auburn Campus Manager and oversees operations at Chptr’s headquarters in Auburn. During her time at Auburn, she was the Recruitment Chair for Alpha Delta Pi and experienced the rollout of the very first Chptr app. Today, she’s the smiling, welcoming face that greets everyone who walks into our Auburn office. Lacy and her husband call Auburn home, where their story together began as college students.

A former DKE Pledge Trainer, Thomas helps power Chptr’s vendor network by managing relationships and onboarding across the country. He specializes in building strong partnerships with vendors, ensuring they are set up for success on the platform and positioned to deliver the best experience for student organizations. Thomas brings a mix of fraternity leadership experience and operational excellence, making him an invaluable resource for both our vendor partners and the organizations they serve.

A former Kappa Delta President and Vice President of Administration, Eliza was one of Chptr’s earliest users during her time at Auburn. Today, she serves as our University of Georgia Campus Manager, leading daily operations from the Chptr House in Athens. Eliza’s passion for Chptr’s technology, paired with her drive and “go-getter” mentality, make her an ideal fit to lead at UGA and help launch our future campus expansions.

Allen Spicer is the hands-on leader of our mobile team, where no detail is too small and every feature is built with students in mind. With over a decade of experience building mobile apps for startups, Allen is serving Greek organizations and shaping the next generation of Chptr technology. Allen grew up in eastern NC and earned his B.S. in Economics and Entrepreneurship from UNC–Chapel Hill (Go Heels!). His path has taken him across five continents. From a stint moving sailboats around the world to teaching kids to ski and snowboard in Aspen, all before landing at Chptr.

Danielle is a UX/UI designer with a Bachelors in Cognitive Science and an Masters in Emerging Media from the University of Georgia. During her time at UGA, she was an active member of Gamma Phi Beta, serving as Secretary and Public Relations Assistant. Her experiences in Greek life give her a firsthand understanding of the needs of her users, allowing her to design software that is both intuitive and impactful.
