Software: Our mobile app and web portal put everything your chapter needs in one place. Attendance tracking, communication tools, point management, contract storage, vendor discovery, vendor payments, photo sharing, group messaging, and even a built-in merch shop.

Service: Beyond software, Chptr provides hands-on support with a dedicated team focused on your school. We offer executive business guidance, officer transition training, a designated exec hotline, and our first-of-its-kind Group Purchasing Organization (GPO), the Chptr Collective, to help your chapter access best-in-class vendors at the best prices.

Chptr is completely free for sororities and fraternities to use. Our revenue comes from other sources, primarily vendor rebates. so you won’t pay extra for our services, and your expenses won’t increase because of us.

While the core tools of the platform are free, we do offer a few optional premium features and tools that carry a small utilization fee. These are designed to save Greek organizations time, add convenience, and create an even higher level of service when needed.

All vendors on Chptr are contractually required to give our organizations the best pricing available in the market, ensuring your members get maximum value.

The core tools of the Chptr platform come at no cost to sororities and fraternities to use, your organization. We generate revenue through our Vendor System, not by charging organizations.

Vendors can elect to pay for increased marketing opportunities on our platform, gaining enhanced visibility by becoming a Preferred Vendor. This is entirely optional. We also offer a no-cost Approved vendor tier for those who want only to work with their organizations.

We also have the Chptr Collective, the first-of-its-kind Group Purchasing Organization (GPO) for Greeks. We only make money, when we save you money, aligning our incentives with yours.

We continue to build additional revenue streams and premium tools that will deliver even greater value, while keeping the core platform free for every organization.

We prioritize the security and confidentiality of our users’ data. Our platform is built on leading cloud infrastructure, the gold standard for security, scalability, and reliability.

All data is hosted in highly secure, accredited data centers that comply with strict industry standards. In addition, we engage a trusted third-party security firm to conduct regular audits, ensuring our systems remain up to date and protected against emerging threats.

Chptr never sells or distributes personal data. Our goal is to give every user peace of mind that their information is safe and used only to improve their experience on the platform.
